How do I recover my Levy?

The Leaver Survey data is encouraging. Despite the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, apprentices report overwhelmingly that
they would recommend Together Training to others. They also report that they have been equipped with meaningful, future-proofed learning that meets their expectations.

The points below provide information about some of TTs apprenticeship cohort.

• 141 apprentices surveyed – 96 responders
• 81% apprentices continue in work
• 11% apprentices moved onto University
• 76% secured a pay rise
• 69% expanded their role and received a promotion


20/21 Employer Feedback

Managers have employed well-qualified learning coaches. They hold teaching qualifications and high-level relevant vocational qualifications with appropriate work related experience. Apprentices value the experience and knowledge they gain as a result of their apprenticeship, which help them to understand the wider sector in which they work.- Ofsted 2019
