Warner Bros. Studio Tour
Together Training recently secured a partnership with Warner Bros, where several of their studio tour employees signed up to our Level 2 Customer Services programme.
Eleven employees in total are currently studying the apprenticeship programme, looking to gain experience and confidence with the high quality training from our experienced learning coaches.
Together Training Managing Director, John McMahon, said: “This Customer Service Apprenticeship teaches you the skills to provide excellent customer service, and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors, from government to telecommunications.
“Good customer service is key to the success of any business or organisation. It’s one of those useful skills that’s found all over the place and covers all the extras that make a customer’s experience better.”
Nicky Hammond, Learning & Organisational Development Manager at Warner Bros, said: “Our partnership with Together Training ensures our apprentices are fully supported, throughout their journey. They gain invaluable experiences both on-the-job and through the college masterclasses, allowing them to develop a wide range of skills and abilities.
“Together Training’s flexible approach to the qualification delivery, demonstrates a sound understanding of the demands and challenges, facing today’s organisations.”
Harrison Sacks, one of eleven Warner Bros Studio Tour apprentices, said: “One of the best aspects of my Customer Service Apprenticeship is that whilst I faced new challenges, I learned new skills that can be applied to any job the future may hold. It is amazing to be doing an apprenticeship with Warner Bros who are such a great company to work for.
“The apprenticeship is teaching me key aspects that I need to know and use in my job role and is really helping me stand out as an employee. I have had really great feedback from various staff members and managers about how I am progressing in my job.”
