The Herts Apprenticeship Alliance (HAA) brings together the public organisations in Hertfordshire working to maximise the opportunities from the apprenticeship levy. District Councils, schools & Herts LEP meet quarterly to review the skills demand that is needed for their workforce.

Together Training works closely with Hertfordshire District Councils to ensure it is closely aligned with the skills priorities.   Curriculum sequencing is important for all programmes  as it sets out the order to ensure that there is a logical approach to the delivery of knowledge, skills and behaviours. The sequence is designed to deliver the necessary learning in the most logical order and aligned with what will be done in the workplace.

 

Having a clear understanding of local and regional skills needs is essential for Together Training. It informs curriculum planning and ensures that the apprenticeships offered are aligned to the demands of the local labour market
