FACILITIES MANAGEMENT 

 SUPERVISOR LEVEL 3 

This new apprenticeship standard has been designed by employers; it can lead successful apprentices into a variety of construction careers and progression into professional qualifications.

Overview

Develop a balanced team with an apprenticeship in Facilities Management. Add to your staff by recruiting an apprentice or develop a team member as a facilities management supervisor, coordinator or administrator.

Level and Duration

This apprenticeship is taught at Level 3, over 15 months.

Learning Approach

There will be a blended learning approach to the training provided during this programme.

Levy Spend Approved

Together Training apprenticeships are Levy spend approved for investment from your allocation.

Qualifications Gained

  • Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management

  • Level 2 Functional skills in English and maths

Modules of Study

  • Developing relationships in the workplace

  • Develop and implement risk assessment plans

  • Resolve customer service queries

  • Organise and delegate day to day activities of staff

  • Ensure that resources are used efficiently

  • Procure supplies for the facilities management service
