Level 3

This new apprenticeship standard has been designed by employers, it can lead successful apprentices into a variety of customer service careers and progression into professional qualifications.

OVERVIEW

Communication skills are vital to providing excellent customer service. We can deliver training to enhance these qualities or provide apprentices for roles such as a customer service supervisor or business admin supervisor.

LEVEL AND DURATION

This apprenticeship is taught at Level 3, over 15 months.

There will be a blended learning approach to the training provided during this programme.
