PRACTITIONER LEVEL 2
This new apprenticeship standard has been designed by employers, it can lead successful apprentices into a variety of customer service careers and progression into professional qualifications.
Communication skills are vital to providing excellent customer service. We can deliver training to enhance these qualities or provide apprentices for roles such as a customer service assistant or business administrator.
Level and Duration
This apprenticeship is taught at Level 2, over 12 months.
There will be a blended learning approach to the training provided during this programme.
