Catering & Professional Chefs  

Level 2

This new apprenticeship standard has been designed by employers, it can lead successful apprentices into a variety of catering and chef careers and progression into professional qualifications.

OVERVIEW

The demand for skilled staff in food operations and production, is always high in this competitive industry. Develop a cook, craft chef or kitchen assistant with an apprenticeship to ease the workload in the kitchen.

LEVEL AND DURATION

This apprenticeship is taught at Level 2
